Product Lifecycle

Customers with a valid maintenance contract for Print & Packaging or Production Scheduling are eligible to receive latest versions and hot fixes. Updates and hot fixes are available for the current and the last version of Microsoft Dynamics for Operations Enterprise Edition or Dynamics AX2012 R3.

Service Level Agreement


Customers can choose from a number of options for a service level agreement (SLA) defining different levels of extended support. Options range from standard next business day to 24 x 7 around the clock support. Various options for response times are also available.
